Open a ticket with the command you used, the exact error and your user ID if the issue is account-specific.
Arcana payment
Register the payment on the Arcana page, then open a ticket with your receipt.
Bug report or visual issue
For visual bugs, send a screenshot and the steps that reproduce the issue.

Tell staff which command or action triggered the issue.
02Exact error
Copy the message or attach a screenshot instead of paraphrasing it.
03Discord user ID
Include it only when staff needs to check your account.
